Registration and Payment

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated in the signed service agreement or package details, all bookings are non-refundable. Once you confirm your registration and sign the service agreement, payment is non-refundable.

We reserve the right to cancel the tour due to insufficient participants or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or alternative arrangement will be provided at our discretion.

Tour Execution: The actual execution of the tour, including all activities, events, and services conducted in Vietnam, shall be subject to the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes arising from the tour execution shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Vietnamese courts.
